These conditions apply to all sales of David Jourquin products made via the merchant site accessible from the website www.davidjourquin.fr and intended for all countries. It is specified that these general conditions of sale are intended for individuals only. The resale or distribution of David Jourquin products purchased on www.davidjourquin.fr is strictly prohibited. Article 3: Price
The price of the items is in euros, all taxes included, plus delivery costs.
Parfums Prestige Paris reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice the prices of the products offered on the site www.davidjourquin.fr. The products are invoiced on the basis of the prices displayed on the site www.davidjourquin.fr at the time of validation of your order, subject to the availability of the products ordered at that time.
All orders are payable in Euros only.
The price including VAT of each of the items that the customer would like to acquire, as well as the amount of the transport costs relating to their delivery will be communicated to him either when connecting to the website www.davidjourquin.fr.
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-19 of the Consumer Code, the customer will receive, upon delivery, for each of the items, written confirmation of the price paid detailing the price of the items and the delivery costs his load.
Article 4: Order and validation
4.1 Maximum order amounts
The maximum amount of an order placed by a customer (same name, same address) may not exceed the sum of €5,000 including all taxes (excluding delivery costs).
Similarly, in 7 days, a customer may not place more than 3 orders, the maximum cumulative sum of which may not exceed €10,000, all taxes included (excluding delivery costs).
4.2 Internet Orders
Orders can only be placed by Internet on the merchant site accessible from the website www.davidjourquin.fr. The customer bears the cost of telecommunications when accessing the Internet and using the site www.davidjourquin.fr
The customer declares to have read and accepted these general conditions of sale before placing his order. The validation of his order therefore implies acceptance without restriction or reservation of these general conditions of sale.
All the steps necessary for the sale are specified on the website www.davidjourquin.fr in accordance with the provisions of article 1369-4 of the Civil Code.
Pursuant to the provisions of article 1369-5 of the Civil Code, the customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his order, to check the details of his order and its total price, and to correct any errors, before confirm it to express its acceptance. Article 5: Availability
The product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website www.davidjourquin.fr, within the limits of available stocks. Certain references, available in limited quantities, may not be available at the time of the order. Indications are provided to the customer when placing the order. Article 7: Presentation and information on the products

In the event of a manifest error between the characteristics of the items and their representation, Parfums Prestige Paris cannot be held liable.
Article 8: Refusal of orders
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.122-1 of the Consumer Code, Parfums Prestige Paris shall be entitled to refuse any abnormal order or order placed in bad faith. Article 9: Shipping costs, delivery and deadlines
9.1 The products are delivered by La Poste in Colissimo with follow-up for France and with Colissimo with International follow-up for other countries.
Colissimo suivi: delivery without signature of the selected items within 2 working days following the date of departure of the package.
Colissimo suivi international : delivery against signature of the selected items within 4 to 8 working days depending on the date of departure of the package and the country of destination.
Depending on the number and type of product, the amount of delivery costs is calculated as follows:
– €7.10 for the order of a perfume sent to France
– €8.80 for the order of two perfumes*
– €22.50 for the order of a perfume sent to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, United United, Sweden, Switzerland and DOM TOM.
– €24.50 for the order of two perfumes* sent to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, United United, Sweden, Switzerland and DOM TOM.
* Our shipping boxes cannot contain more than 2 products. For this purpose, beyond 2 products, the customer will be charged additional transport costs calculated by level (1 or 2 products = 8.80€ for France and 24.50€ for abroad.

In any case, in the event of an order to a country that is not a member of the European Union, the customer is the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes may be payable, these customs duties are then the responsibility of the customer.
Exceeding delivery times cannot give rise to damages.
9.2 The delivery of the items is made to the address indicated by the customer at the time of his order (or notice of availability in the absence of the customer).
It is up to the customer to check the condition of the packaging as well as the contents of the packages upon receipt of the goods and to express reservations if the package appears to have been opened or damaged.
Under no circumstances can Parfums Prestige Paris be held responsible for damage to the quality of the products and their packaging caused by transport.
9.3 In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, the delivery of the items ordered will take place no later than 30 days from the day following the order, subject to full payment of the price. The delivery time varies depending on the type of port and the place of delivery. It runs from the receipt of payment or bank authorization.
Article 10: Terms and methods of payment
Payment for customer purchases is made by credit card only: cards from the "CB" network, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express and Diners are accepted.
Payment is made via the secure payment server of our partner, Paypal. This implies that no banking information concerning the Customer passes through the site. Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure.
Article 11: Cancellation / Withdrawal / Return / Exchanges
11.1 Order cancellation
Any request for cancellation of an order must be made before the shipment of the products, to be taken into consideration and at the latest 24 hours before the date of departure of the packages. This cancellation must be made directly to Parfums Prestige Paris customer service by email at contact@jourquin.fr
11.2 Withdrawal
Pursuant to the provisions of Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of seven clear days from the delivery of his order to return the item(s) for exchange or refund, to the customer's choice, without penalties except for return costs.
The customer must inform Parfums Prestige Paris customer service in writing (email: via our contact form in the “Contact” section, or letter) of their decision before returning the goods.
Return costs will be borne by the customer.
The value of the returned products will be refunded to the customer, excluding the initial transport costs, without delay and at the latest within thirty days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised.
In the event of an exchange, the cost of returning and shipping the products chosen as replacements will be borne by the customer.
11.3 Return of non-compliant or damaged products
In the event that one or more products do not comply with the customer's order or are defective, spoiled or damaged, the customer must then immediately inform the company Parfums Prestige Paris and must return them to it at its expense and within a period of 30 days from the delivery of his order. The replacement product(s) will be sent back to the customer at the expense of Parfums Prestige Paris.
In the event that the returned product(s) are no longer available, Parfums Prestige Paris will inform the customer and reimburse the customer for the amount of the said products (excluding any transport costs).
11.4 Exchange
In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the products ordered from Parfums Prestige Paris, despite the care and attention given by the latter to the selection of its products, the customer may, within thirty (30) days to from the receipt of his order and after having informed the Customer Service of Parfums Prestige Paris (by telephone at +33 (1) 42 61 37 36 or by email at contact@jourquin.fr, return the said products at his expense and in their original packaging to the following address:

The customer must indicate, when returning his products, whether he wishes an exchange or a refund of his products.
If the customer chooses to exchange his product(s), Parfums Prestige Paris will reship, as soon as possible, products of the same value and quality.
If the customer chooses to be reimbursed, he will receive, as soon as possible, a credit note of an amount equal to the value of the returned product(s) (excluding delivery costs) valid for 1 year on the entire site of the company Parfums Prestige Paris.
Article 12: Retention of title
Until effective and full payment of the price, Parfums Prestige Paris remains the owner of the goods sold. The complete payment will be worth transfer of ownership, however, the customer becomes responsible for the articles as of the delivery, the transfer of possession being worth transfer of the risks.

13.3 In the event of failure of the negotiations, the following provisions will apply:
13.3.1 Contract concluded by a French consumer from France:
Any dispute arising in connection with the execution or interpretation of this contract will be brought before the court of the defendant's domicile or the place of delivery.
13.3.2 Contract concluded by a consumer placing an order from another country of the European Union:
Any dispute arising in connection with the execution or interpretation of this contract will be brought before the competent courts under the directives and regulations of the European Union (Brussels Convention, September 27, 1968).
